Your Right to Data Deletion

At Herostock (operated by Monarch Holdings Limited), we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove the following data:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number).
• Authentication credentials and social login associations (Google, Facebook).
• Demo and live trading activity, portfolio data, and order history.
• Any other personal information stored on our platform.

Please note that certain data may be retained if required by applicable securities regulations or legal obligations in Bangladesh. In such cases, the data will be retained only for the minimum period required by law and will not be used for any other purpose.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to syed@eduintbd.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address or phone number associated with your Herostock account.
3. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

For Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove Herostock from your Facebook app settings. To do so:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
2. Find Herostock and click Remove.
3. Then email us at syed@eduintbd.com to confirm full deletion from our servers.

Processing Time

We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
